SARVOTTAM UNI PRIMER

Step 1 - Cleaning: Ensure that the surface to be painted is completely free from loose paint, dust, grease, fungus, or algae. Prepare the substrate by sanding with Sand Paper 180 or vigorous wire brushing to remove all loose particles and organic growth, then wipe clean.

Step 2 - Filling: Surface imperfections such as holes, dents, and fine cracks should be filled with Sarvottam Wall Care Putty or a suitable substrate filler. Allow it to dry for 4-6 hours, then sand with Sand Paper 180 and wipe clean to achieve a smooth surface.

Step 3 - Priming: Sarvottam Uni Primer is water-thinnable. Thin with water in a 1:1 ratio by volume (1 litre of primer with 1 litre of water) to obtain brushing consistency. Apply a single coat on the prepared surface and allow it to dry for 3-4 hours.

Step 4 - Topcoat: To ensure an even finish and avoid patchiness, it is recommended to apply a second coat of Uni Primer over the Sarvottam Wall Care Putty. Finally, apply 2-3 coats of Sarvottam Emulsion as per recommended dilution.
