There is no international shipping option available through our website at this time. However, international buyers may reach out to us directly for assistance and possible arrangements through our support channels.All domestic orders are shipped via registered courier companies or India Post’s speed post services. We typically dispatch orders within 6–8 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, or as per the mutually agreed delivery schedule. Once the consignment is handed over to the courier or postal service, the delivery timeline is subject to their standard processes and service norms.Please note that SARVOTTAM ASBESTOS CEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility ends upon handing over the goods to the delivery service provider. All products will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.An email confirmation regarding dispatch and shipment details will be sent to the registered email address provided during checkout. Return & Exchange Policy
At SARVOTTAM ASBESTOS CEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED, we take pride in delivering high-quality construction materials with accuracy and care. Due to the nature of our products and the efficiency of our dispatch system, we follow a strict no-cancellation and no-return policy. Once an order is placed on our website or through any of our sales channels, it cannot be cancelled, as the order is immediately processed and forwarded for fulfillment. We request our customers to review their order carefully before confirming, as modifications or cancellations are not possible once the order is submitted. We do not accept returns for any product once it has been dispatched or delivered. This includes all types of construction materials, whether standard or customized. We urge customers to verify all specifications, quantities, and delivery details at the time of ordering to avoid any inconvenience. In rare cases where a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receipt. The complaint should be supported with clear photographs of the product and packaging, along with the invoice details. Once our team has verified the issue, we may offer a suitable resolution at our discretion. However, SARVOTTAM ASBESTOS CEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to deny replacements or refunds if the claim is not substantiated. Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed within 16 to 30 business days.
