Sarvottam Acrylic Distemper

Step 1 - Surface Preparation: Sand the surface with Emery Paper 180 to remove loose particles, dust, grease, and cracked or flaking paint. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and sound before application.

Step 2 - Primer (Coat-1): Apply one coat of SARVOTTAM Interior Wall Primer evenly. Allow the surface to dry for 6–8 hours.

Step 3 - Putty Application: Fill surface dents and imperfections using SARVOTTAM Wall Putty to achieve a smooth finish. Allow drying for 4–6 hours, then sand with Emery Paper 180 and wipe clean.

Step 4 - Primer (Coat-2): Apply a second coat of SARVOTTAM Interior Wall Primer. Allow to dry for 6–8 hours, then lightly sand with Emery Paper 320 to obtain a uniform surface.

Step 5 - Application of Acrylic Distemper:

Dilution: Prepare SARVOTTAM Acrylic Distemper by gradually adding clean potable water to obtain the desired application consistency.

Method: Stir thoroughly to achieve a uniform consistency. Apply 2–3 coats using a brush or roller.
